The GERESA Cusco 2025 Performance Indicators Evaluation was held at the Plaza Yanahuara Convention Center, a key meeting that brought together directors, specialists and representatives of the main health establishments in the region.
The event allowed for the review and analysis of the most relevant aspects for decision-making in the health sector, including: Medical advances achieved in the Cusco region, Epidemiological trends and behavior of prioritized diseases, Analysis of gaps in health services and challenges of hospital management, Evaluation of compliance with strategic goals and institutional performance.
This space allowed for strengthening the coordination between networks, hospitals and health authorities, promoting a joint vision for the continuous improvement of health services that benefit thousands of families in the region.
