From November 14 to 16, the Plaza Yanahuara Convention Center, in Urubamba, Cusco, hosted CADE Executives 2023, the country’s main business forum. This edition marked a milestone by being held outside of Lima, highlighting the commitment to decentralization and regional development.
Under the slogan “Believe again, grow again”, the event brought together business leaders, authorities and representatives of civil society to address key issues such as: Economic reactivation and boosting private investment, citizen trust in institutions, public-private collaboration to close social gaps and the development of strategic sectors such as tourism, mining and agriculture.
More than 60 social projects from ministries and regional governments were presented, seeking to attract investment through Works for Taxes (OXI) and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). A meeting was also announced for December 12 to coordinate concrete actions between business leaders, authorities, and ProInversión.
